This comprehensive project required a full scope of design detail and spacial planning. Working with irregular room size's and patterns, we needed to get creative with our spacial planing and project flow. We combined elegant neutral finishes to the millwork, rounding the centre island in the kitchen with additional fluting to add a statement piece within their kitchen space.

This full scope gut renovation transformed a traditional Victorian home into a sophisticated executive residence. A palette of warm neutrals and natural wood tones creates a bright, open atmosphere, while thoughtful space planning maximizes functionality and gives the home a spacious, airy feel.

Kalmar is a residential development where we at Vanya Decor Inc. led the creative direction for both the interior and exterior design. Blending contemporary architecture with timeless transitional elements, we carefully curated every finish—from stone and tile to millwork and lighting—to create a cohesive, warm, and sophisticated home. The result is a refined, functional residence designed for lasting style and comfort.

This concept reimagines the traditional law office by combining holistic wellness with the warmth of a luxury café, creating a welcoming environment for families navigating difficult legal matters. The main floor features a café and flexible coworking spaces designed to promote comfort, privacy, and well-being, while the second floor houses private law offices and collaborative workspaces equipped for virtual consultations and court appearances. By blending hospitality, wellness, and professional services, the design transforms the legal experience into one that feels calm, supportive, and client-focused.
